Vania Aguirre, Rolling Meadows, Illinois, will never forget the ride home following a peaceful day at church in September 2007. In a split second, a vehicle traveling in the opposite direction crossed the center line and struck her parent’s vehicle which was in front of Vania's, taking both parents from her and her three siblings. As the eldest child, Vania instantly became caretaker to her siblings, sacrificing her desires for the basic necessities of raising a family. A community outreach program caused her to cross paths with State Farm Agent Matt Trembley. Vania focuses on “giving back” through her work, especially to the Hispanic community, and is committed to helping Matt’s clients understand the importance of life insurance by sharing her story.
